Timeline for Drafting a Prenuptial Agreement
The total timeframe for drafting a Prenuptial Agreement 07 working days (*), which includes:
- 1 day to send the checklist of required documents and information;
- 1 day to review these documents and verify the information;
- 3 days to draft the Prenuptial Agreement;
- 2 days to coordinate with the relevant authorities or organizations for the signing of the Prenuptial Agreement with the confirmation of a judicial officer/notary.

What You Need to Prepare for Drafting a Prenuptial Agreement with Fareast Legal?
Provide information on the financial situation, a list of assets, and a list of debts of both spouses.
Inform us of your proposed terms of the agreement.
Prepare the necessary documents (identification papers, asset certificates, etc.).
Attend the People’s Committee/Notary Office to sign the Prenuptial Agreement in person with the witness of an officer/notary.
