Vietnam Launches Electronic LURC to Improve Efficiency in Land Management

Vietnam has introduced a new decree allowing the issuance of electronic Land Use Right Certificates (LURCs), which hold the same legal status as paper certificates. This digital transformation is designed to expedite the registration process, cutting the time down from 30 to 23 working days. The decree also outlines specific conditions for reissuance, renewal, and updates to the certificates, aligning with the government’s broader push for digital transformation in administrative processes.
